You Need Two More Hours Every Day
I get it. You are busy. Your to-do list looks something like this:
- Hold down a demanding full-time job
- Be involved with your kid’s school
- Cook dinner
- Maintain your marriage
- Stay in shape
And oh by the way, today is St. Patrick’s day and your kids are the only ones who are not wearing green…
When was the last time you did something for yourself?
And why does everything have to be so hard?
As working mothers, we often feel like we’re faced with a choice to either limit time at home in order to fulfill our work responsibilities, limit time at work in order to fulfill family responsibilities, or to try meet all of the demands both at work and at home, and go crazy in the process.
There’s Another Way
Are you tired of feeling stressed out, guilty and overwhelmed? Do you want to stop snapping at your husband and your kids? Do you just want a little bit of room to breath?
You can have a satisfying family life while still excelling in a demanding career. You can get more done and build a satisfying, integrated work and life of your dreams, and better yet, it doesn’t have to feel so hard–some of this stuff can be as easy as brushing your teeth.
People think they can decide their futures…no. They decide their habits, and their habits decide their futures.” – Jay Papasan

Who am I?
I’m Katie, and I work 60+ hours a week, chase my toddler around at home and still occasionally crack open a book just for fun. It wasn’t always this way though.
When I went back to work after my maternity leave, hectic doesn’t even begin to describe my life. I felt like I had a million different things on my mind, that I could never get on top of my to-do list, and that I was failing at work and failing as a mother. I had no routine, I missed deadlines, I was short with my husband, hard on myself and worst of all, I wasn’t really enjoying the time I had with my daughter.
I found myself craving mental space and clarity. I wanted two more hours in the day, I wanted a clone, I just wanted someone to show me what to do!
I figured out how to build key habits into my life that allow me to get more done while still preserving my sanity.
I want to show you what I’ve learned so that you can make your to-do list more do-able, your outlook more positive, and your work and life in harmony. My goal is to help you be your best self at work and fully present for your little ones at home.
